CALMER AND VEGAN CHAI 

Stovetop

- Makes 1 cup, adjust quantities accordingly
- 15g / 1 heaped Tbs of Chai into teapot
- Cover leaves with 1/3 of a cup boiling water – steep for 1 min
- Heat 2/3 of a cup soy milk (or milk of choice) on stove top, then pour into teapot
  Steep for 2-3 mins
- Strain into cup and & add honey (or alternative sweetener) if desired 

Chai latte

- 15gm/1 heaped Tbs of Chai into steaming jug
- Cover leaves with 1/3 of a cup boiling water – steep for 30 sec
- Add 2/3 of a cup soy milk (or milk of choice) 
- Heat and texture milk using steaming wand to 80 degrees C
- Strain into a cup immediately and top with chai sprinkles

DANDI CHAI

- Makes 1 cup, adjust quantities accordingly
- 10g /1 heaped teaspoon of Chai into saucepan
- Add 1/3 of a cup of water and bring to the boil
- Add 2/3 of a cup soy milk (or milk of choice)
- Heat slowly until hot but not bubbling 
- Strain into cup and & add honey if desired
SUPER SPICED CACAO 
- 25g/1Tbs of mix into saucepan
- Add 1 part water & 2 parts soy milk (or milk of choice)
- Heat slowly until hot but not bubbling
- Strain into cup 
HERBAL TISANES
- 1 infuser bag
- 240ml water at 95 degrees C
- Steep for 4 minutes
(The longer you steep the stronger the tisane)
  
BLACK TEA
- 1 infuser bag
- 240 ml water at 95 degrees C 
- Steep for 3-4 mins
- Drink black or add milk and sweetener if desired
GREEN TEA
- 1 infuser bag
- 240 ml water at 80 degrees C
- Steep for 2 mins and remove infuser 
(steeping for longer than two minutes will yield a bitter taste)
